If Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy decide that Mitchell Trubisky is not the answer, the team could consider targeting any of these three quarterbacks.

Let me preface this article by saying, I am a Mitchell Trubisky fan and supporter. That said, I am not involved with the Chicago Bears front office. I have no weight in what Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy decide to do in regards to Trubisky. The young quarterback is still on his rookie deal throughout the 2020 season and the Bears could pick up his fifth-year option through 2021.

All of this said if the organization decides that they do not want to spend the money on Trubisky by signing him to an extension, then they need to find another option quickly. With the defensive window in position to be a Super Bowl contender for at least the next two years, the Chicago Bears need to have an answer at quarterback.

Again, I believe that the answer could still be Mitchell Trubisky. Trubisky has shown me enough promise that I would continue to have him at quarterback and likely sign him to an extension at some point during the 2020 season. This would not stop me from drafting a quarterback next year though too. I love Chase Daniel as a backup, but he has very limited upside.

The Chicago Bears do not have a first-round pick in 2020, but they do have two seconds. Could one be used to draft a quarterback? Could Pace trade both to move up into the first round? I would not trade up, however, could one be used in a trade this year?

Here are some current NFL quarterbacks that the Chicago Bears could consider taking a look at acquiring though.
