With the trade deadline looming and teams already making moves, Ryan Pace and the Chicago Bears need to be somewhat active.

The NFL is starting to look closer to the NBA in regards to trades leading up to the trade deadline. The Chicago Bears have yet to make any major moves this offseason, but could they be getting ready to make a splash? With the loss to the Chargers on Sunday, does Ryan Pace change his focus from being a buyer to now being a seller? What other moves must Pace make this week?

Throughout the month of October, we have seen 13 trades take place in the NFL. Jalen Ramsey being traded from the Jacksonville Jaguars to the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have struggled this season too but recently seemed to have right the ship with back-to-back wins.

Other relevant names that have been traded include Marcus Peters, Zay Jones, Mohamed Sanu and Emmanuel Sanders. Quandre Diggs was shipped out of Detroit and New England apparently had enough with Michael Bennett.

Just today the Cleveland Browns sent Genard Avery to the Philadelphia Eagles and Leonard Williams went from one New York team (Jets) to another New York Team (Giants). At least his move will be much easier.

I know that Matt Nagy and Ryan Pace do not want to mess with the chemistry of this team, but unfortunately, losing hurts more. Winning football games can right sinking ships and the team needs to do something. Even if that something is selling off players for future draft capital.

If I am Ryan Pace, here are a few moves I am making before the trade deadline.
