1. Detroit Run game

When it comes to the Bears offense and the Lions defense both are poor. Matt Nagy the offensive coach may have an advantage over the defensive Patricia. That can be a big boost.

On the other side, the Lions offense has carried their team to three wins. Meanwhile, the Bears defense is still clearly the strength of their unit. Fortunately for the Bears, their biggest strengths are also the Lions big strengths. Both teams are better against the pass.

However, the Bears have really struggled on the ground. Roquan Smith has been a disappointment and without Akiem Hicks, big runs have come. Melvin Gordon broke free for a touchdown. Josh Jacobs, Jordan Howard, and Latavius Murray all had big days. This is an issue.

When looking at Detroit, they have essentially abandoned the ground game once Kerryon Johnson got hurt. They have a three-man rotation, and none of their backs see the ball for consistent snaps. They have no balance, no rhythm and little talent on the roster when it comes to running the ball.

The Bears have still defended the pass well. If the Lions get one-dimensional, this may not be the issue that it has been in past week. On top of that, if the Bears offense can stay in the field for more than three plays, they may even get rested.

Next. What to watch in Week 10. dark

Look for the Bears to have their best offensive game, and their best performance against the run. This will at least give them a shot against a Lions team with as many issues as the Bears have.
