Mitchell Trubisky vs Lions Defense

Mitchell Trubisky will have yet another big game against the Lions defense.

Although Trubisky has been inconsistent all year, he’s looked better in the last three weeks. He’s scrambling a lot more, has 11 rushes in the past three weeks, which matches his total in the 7 weeks prior. Since entering the league in 2017, when he uses his legs, he always performs well.

The last time these two teams met back in week 10, Trubisky ended up having one of his best games of the year. He ended up throwing for 173 yards and three touchdowns. He’s already seen this defense once, so why can’t he go off against them once again? I don’t see why not.

Since Cody Whitehair made the switch back to Center, Trubisky has looked a lot more comfortable in the pocket and he’s been able to have more time to throw the ball. Trubisky has looked much better in the last couple of games and looks back to what he was last year.

Trubisky has a top-10 receiver in the league on his side, and he goes by the name Allen Robinson. Who will help me have a big game against the Lions defense?

The Lions defense ranks 24th in the NFL against the pass and 28th in explosive plays. So watch out for Trubisky, he will have a huge game against the Lions defense once again.
