In Week 13, the Chicago Bears won their Thanksgiving matchup against the Detroit Lions. This week, the Bears will be looking to go 2-0 on their Thursday games this season when they host the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday Night Football.

When the 2019 schedule was released, many thought that this game would feature two of the top teams in the NFC. Well, that isn’t the case. However, this contest is still an intriguing one. The Cowboys are barely holding on to the lead in their division, while Chicago is still in the thick of things for a postseason wild card spot.

Both of these teams will enter Week 14 with identical 6-6 records. Although the records are the same, the momentum Dallas and Chicago have are different. The arrow for the Cowboys is pointing down, having loss three of their last four games. As for the Bears, winning three of their last for games has their arrow pointing up.

This Thursday night clash has the makings of being one of the best games Week 14 has to offer. This game is extremely vital to both teams. A win for Dallas could put them one step closer to winning the NFC East, while a Bears’ victory could give them their second three-game winning streak of the season and possibly a better chance at making the playoffs.

This nationally televised game sets the perfect stage for Chicago to show the rest of the country that they are still capable of being the dominant team they were just one year ago. With all of this said, let’s take a look at some of the things Bears fans should keep an eye on this Thursday night.
