4. Marty Mornhinweg

Marty Mornhinweg is currently unemployed after being the Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator from 2016-2018. While many will question why you would want to hire the guy who got fired before the Ravens offense took off, it is fair to mention that the Ravens started Lamar Jackson as a rookie halfway through the season and Mornhinweg adjusted an offense that helped them make the playoffs.

There are rumors Mornhinweg wanted Lamar Jackson to be more of a traditional pocket passer, and the difference in philosophies led to him moving on. Still, he has worked with mobile quarterbacks. On top of that, he wants to develop a mobile quarterback in the pocket, which is what the Bears have been trying to do.

Mornhinweg also has ties to Andy Reid and Matt Nagy. He spent 2003-2012 with the Philadelphia  Eagles and that includes 08-12 with Nagy.

It also includes being the offensive coordinator of a Mike Vick offense. His familiarity with quarterbacks who can use their legs as well as Nagy makes him a strong potential choice who could step in and give some guidance to a familiar coach.
