Right Guard

This is such a pressing need. Kyle Long has retired and the team saw Ted Larsen try and fail. From there, they tried Rashaad Coward. Coward showed some promise for a developmental player. However, what he is right now is a developmental player who could be looked at as a swing lineman who could start a game or two in a pinch.

He can make a roster as a backup or end of the roster player who is inactive. However, that is what he is at this point. He is not a starter.

The team does not have a starting right guard on the roster. They have drafted to beef up their line, but this may be such a pressing need they need to sign a player here. There are a couple of notable free agent names, so keep an eye on the Bears making a splash to beef up their right guard situation.
