Ben Bredeson, Michigan

Projected Round: 4

Bredeson is a player who has plenty of experience, starting four years for the Maize and Blue. He played over 3,000 college snaps, bouncing around the line a bit before settling in at left guard. Bredeson is a player who could be trusted to jump in and start immediately.

Bredeson is a highly refined player who was a top high school recruit and has been through it all. He has seen every type of rush and has advanced movement and hand placement skills.

The issue with him is whether or not he is maxed out as a prospect. He has always had problems with leverage and can lose his feet against, smaller, faster lineman. He is just a big player and cannot get low enough to dominate the point of attack at times.

With his technical refinement and experience, this is something that may not be able to be cleaned up, but rather the team drafting him will have to live with it.

Smaller players with speed and strength will be the players you want to see Bredeson dominate at the Senior Bowl.
