4. James Morgan

Of all of the quarterbacks at the Shrine Bowl, Morgan shined brightest. He now brings in optimism to the NFL combine and could see himself going anywhere on day three, depending on his performance in Indianapolis.

Morgan played through injury in 2019, but still flashed a big arm at times. He has a funky release and mechanics, but it works for him.

This week is equally important for Morgan as it is for McDonald. Coming from Florida International, and playing well in the Shrine Bowl is a far cry from the NFL. Does he fit in with NFL quarterbacks next to him?

Where does he stand in terms of his grasp of an NFL playbook? Is he healthy? A win for Morgan could see him around round five, and a rough week could have him closer to a UDFA. Time will tell.
