1. Karl Joseph, S

Karl Joseph is under the radar, but also could be looked back on as one of the best signings. Joseph is a former first-round pick and will come in at just 26 years old. However, similarly to Sean Davis, a variety of reasons held him back from breaking out in Oakland.

Whether it be new coaches, new GMs, new defensive coordinators, one-by-one, the familiarity with Joseph was gone, and Joseph was suddenly miscast.

The best role for Joseph is in the box playing downhill. He is a bit undersized for the job, which is why the Raiders have moved him around. However, if one thing is clear from seeing him play a variety of roles, it is that he should play the majority of his time in the box.

Joseph is a young player who could still ascend in the right role. That role is a good fit next to Eddie Jackson. He is not going to have a strong market and could be a great value signing and fit in this defense. Keep an eye on who Joseph is in contact with and what type of salary and role he signs into. The Chicago Bears would be an excellent fit for Karl Joseph.
