Chicago Bears Draft: BGO Community Mock Draft 1.0
By Ryan Sikes
Come one and come all. It’s the first Chicago Bears community mock draft for 2020. Let’s see who everyone picked for all seven rounds.
With the draft now less than a week away, the Chicago Bears will look to utilize all seven picks they are currently slated with to add the next wave of talent to their roster. We, at BearGogglesOn, thought it would be fun to do a community mock draft. So without further ado, here we go.
2nd Round – 43rd overall
Cam – J.K Dobbins, RB, Ohio State
I am grabbing the best player available. Give me another running back to pair with the thick guy Montgomery. Legit 4.4 speed and a pass catcher. This kid explosive. 73 forced missed tackles. He’s the faster smaller version of Montgomery. Plus are the Chicago Bears going to pay Tarik Cohen soon? Doubtful.
Parker – Cesar Ruiz, IOL, Michigan
Sometimes it is as easy as picking the top player on the board. Ruiz is a must draft for reasons highlighted in this profile. To sum it up, he is still 20 years old, and he can play guard or center, so wherever he slots in, he gives the Bears a young interior core that can grow together.
Rob – Jalen Reagor, WR, TCU
This one was tough for me as I look at who is left on the board and see my boy Jalen Reagor is available. Do I know Reagor personally? No. However, anyone who follows me on Twitter and reads my content at BearGogglesOn knows I have been pounding the table for Reagor to the Bears. I like some of the other names here, but I want my game-changing wide receiver and I want him now. Phone it in Ryan Pace and do not think twice about it.
Ryan – Jalen Reagor, WR, TCU
If Reagor falls into the Chicago Bears laps with the 43rd overall draft, he might be the steal of the draft. He has blazing speed that can take the top of a defense. He may end up being Cohen’s replacement on special teams after this year as well.
