Jason Peters – LT
Who wants to see Charles Leno removed from the offensive line? What if he is swapped over to right tackle and Bobby Massie gets the ax instead? Adding a guy like Jason Peters could make that happen.

Currently, three teams have been rumored to be in pursuit of Peters and it looks more and more likely that he could wind back up with Philadelphia. The thing is, I do not care about the rumors. What I care about is making this Bears roster the best it could be. Adding a guy like Peters to the left side would be absolutely phenomenal. He has been an anchor on a solid Eagles line since 2009 and would be a huge upgrade for the Bears.
He had a somewhat down year in 2018 (if you call it that) but bounced back in 2019. His Pro Football Focus (PFF) grade was 82.4 and age does not look to be an issue for him. Peters also said he plans to play into his 40s. The Chicago Bears do not have a great deal of room salary cap-wise, and this might not be possible if Peters wants to take less money to stay with the Eagles.
If Pace has not made a run at Peters yet, he still should. The thing is you just never know and there are connections now with Nick Foles, Bill Lazor and John DeFilippo.
