After free agency finishes up, there are some players the Chicago Bears could have pursued but didn’t. Here are 5 players they missed on.

Ryan Pace and the Chicago Bears had a great free agency. They added plenty of key contributors to their team to help them make a run in the playoffs. Every position of need they had, Pace added at least competition to fight for the starting job.

Of course, Pace didn’t do a perfect job, because no one can do a perfect job. There are some players they could have signed for a reasonably cheap price tag in hindsight. This is by no means a knock on Pace. This is more so a glance at how close to perfect they could have been.

Additions like Jimmy Graham, Germain Ifedi, Tashaun Gipson, and Ted Ginn Jr. don’t seem like major moves, but they addressed immediate concerns for the team. Other additions like Jason Spriggs, John Jenkins, and Trevor Davis create competition and depth for those positions they are weaker at.

All in all, Pace did a fantastic job, but he still could have done better. Here are the five players that in hindsight, Pace should have gone after in free agency.
