Trubisky has been bringing the Chicago Bears together

As mentioned before, Trubisky has been calling teammates to go through some runs with him. He has called upon players like Allen Robinson, Anthony Miller, Cole Kmet, Demetrius Harris, Tarik Cohen, and David Montgomery to practice with him. The more he works with his teammates, the better they will mesh together on the field.

Last year, it was clear the offense was not functioning the right way. There were misplays and miscommunications within the offensive personnel. Trubisky is demonstrating his ability to lead and bring his team together to work for improvement. He knows that much of the success of this season rests on his shoulders, so he is doing his part to get everyone on the same page.

Guys like Kmet, Harris, and even receivers such as Ted Ginn and Darnell Mooney are new guys who need to be introduced to the offense. Getting to work out with them this offseason will provide a head start for them to get introduced to how Trubisky plays. For a guy like Kmet, who is a rookie and has big expectations, getting to know his quarterback and different plays is super crucial for success.

By working out with his teammates, Mitchell Trubisky is looking for improvement in the play and function of the offense. He is a vocal leader on this team, and a big part of being a quarterback is being able to bring the offense together to diagnose what needs to be worked on. It is a good sign that Mitch has done this in this offseason.
