Allen Robinson is a reliable target for the Chicago Bears

Week one of 2019 versus Green Bay is a great game to sum Allen Robinson’s production through offensive woes. As fans poured in to watch the season opener, Robinson turned an apparent dysfunction into seven catches for 102 yards. The opener noted that he will be a focal point in the offense, available when he’s needed to make a play. With 98 catches through all 16 games played, Robinson is suited for availability and reliability moving forward with the team.

One of the best assets to Allen Robinson’s game is his selfless style of play. The Bears offense runs under a spread attack, so the ball will be moving in all sorts of directions. Even though the times where the plays go bad, he doesn’t let that take him out of the flow of the game.

He’s available for the short passes, intermediate, and deep to move the chains. Robinson was good for a team-high 63 first downs in 2019. There’s no doubt that he’s Mitch Trubisky’s Mr. Reliable.” Having an option like Robinson on the team can help Trubisky redeem himself and land a deal. Robinson holds a lot of credit towards Trubisky’s back-to-back 60+ percent completion percentage.
