2. Detroit Lions

Matthew Stafford, Chase Daniel, David Blough 

Prince Amukamara saw first hand what kind of damage David Blough can do. Of course, after that deep touchdown, the Bears shut down Blough and the Lions felt the need to add the Bears backup instead.

Still, while Daniel may be better than Sean Mannion, the reason the Lions sit at number two is Stafford. Many do not realize that Stafford was having an incredible season before going down with an injury. If he can come back, in his second year with Darrell Bevell and excel in the same way, it would be a highly efficient version of Stafford.

Bevell was the Seahawks OC when the team made the Super Bowl. His bootleg and deep game passing worked with Russell Wilson and showed similar effects in year one with Stafford. It will be interesting to see if he can take a step forward in the system, or if his back injury is too much overcome.
