2. Chicago Bears
Allen Robinson, Anthony Miller, Ted Ginn, Darnell Mooney, Javon Wims, Riley Ridley
While Adams can be argued a top-three receiver, Allen Robinson can be argued as a top-five wide receiver. Beyond that, while Adams has great stats, Robinson is just as impressive, and he has not had Aaron Rodgers throwing him balls. He went from Blake Bortles to Mitch Trubisky.
Despite issues with the entire offense last year, Allen Robinson was elite. He was better in 2019 than you may have ever seen him. If that can lead into 2020, big things are coming.
However, like Adams, the Bears fall to number two in the division because of questionable depth.
To be fair, they do oust the Packers because Anthony Miller and Ted Ginn are more reliable than Lazard and MVS and it is not close at this point. Ginn is not flashy but is the most consistent of that group, and Miller has proven the most of the young bunch.
However, Mooney is a rookie, and Wims and Ridley are both on paths to be depth players at best. If Miller can take a step forward, the Bears will have the best group. However, his ups have been met with enough downs that heading into 2020 they are still a step below.
