3. Detroit Lions

Taylor Decker, Halapoulivaati Vaitai, Tyrell Crosby, Dan Skipper

Bobby Massie missed six games due to injury last season and he still played more than Vaitai, who was a backup for the Eagles. Vaitai has more upside but has not proven anything more than being a capable backup for a few games stretches.

However, the Lions shine over Chicago at the tackle position due to Taylor Decker. Decker has been a consistent rock for them for four years and is just now going to enter the prime of his career. Of the four lineman starting, they would rank 1. Decker, 2. Leno 3. Massie 4. Vaitai. This makes them close but does give the Lions the edge, especially considering the biggest gap is between Decker and Leno.

Beyond that, Crosby is a swing tackle who can slide into guard. Essentially, he is the best case outcome for Bars as a depth lineman. Skipper is a rookie who will provide depth. Still, both bring more hope and Crosby is straight-up better than Jason Spriggs.
