Packers fans are going to call for their team to be higher on the sheer fact of Kenny Clark. Clark is an ascending stud, there is no doubt. Beyond that, Akiem Hicks had his worst year. There is a chance the baton of top NFC North lineman goes from Hicks to Clark this year. However, with Clark still young and only having a year or two of great play under his belt, and Hicks being healthy, Hicks has another year on the top of the list.

Beyond that, the depth of this group is questionable. Lowry does his job well but does not provide any flash. After Lowry is questionable depth options.

You can argue Clark and Hicks all you want, but the depth is the reason the Packers are number on this list.
