2. Chicago Bears

Eddie Jackson, Tashaun Gipson, Deon Bush, DeAndre Houston-Carson

Eddie Jackson may individually be the best safety in the division. Still, there are some questions about who will start beside him. As noted in the Packers section, the money would not work, but Amos was always the perfect match for Eddie Jackson.

Tashaun Gipson can move around as a safety, but would be ranked behind someone like Tracy Walker on an overall ranking at this point. That is likely why Deon Bush is competing to start for the team.

Still, while the Packers do not need a third safety to compete and start. Bush being so much closer to starter ready than Redmond is what pushes the Bears over the Packers without question. Still, not having a firm number two safety is what makes them number two.
