Taven Bryan, Defensive Tackle

The Bears starting defensive line is very good. Even without stud nose tackle Eddie Goldman, a front three of Akiem Hicks, Roy Robertson-Harris, and Bilal Nichols is a very solid line. After those three though, there isn’t a lot of studs. Both Nichols and Hicks got hurt last season and we saw the defensive line get exposed when Hicks was out. They need more depth in case of injuries this season as well.

Taven Bryan was a former 2018 first-round pick but has started his career slow thus far. He has an extremely high ceiling due to his physical and athletic traits. Who better for him to learn from than star defensive lineman Akiem Hicks?

Bryan could be a steal since he has struggled thus far in his career and might not cost the Bears much in terms of draft capital. He could flop and not be very good, but he still would be a very solid depth defensive linemen for this Bears defense.

If the Jaguars are really looking to fire sale and tank for Trevor Lawerence, they will be looking to sell anyone.
