There are five Chicago Bears’ players we will be watching closely Week 1

The season is finally upon us. After months of quarantine waiting for the season to start, it is officially here. The Chicago Bears are now only days away from kicking off the season against the division rival Detroit Lions.

Fans have been anxiously waiting to see new guys don the Navy Blue and Orange jerseys and see other guys take the next step this season. After a busy offseason, nobody has any clue how this season will go. Everyone is just waiting to tune on at 12 P.M. (CST) to watch the Bears play their division rivals.

The Bears have won all four of their games against the Lions under head coach Matt Nagy, but the wins haven’t come that easy. The Lions aren’t a pushover and shouldn’t be seen that way. They improved on both sides of the ball and their offense can be scary good at times.

On the flip side, the Bears improved on both sides too. It is just a matter of who is better prepared after no preseason and who can pick up the game faster. This Bears team though could be a powerhouse team making a run in the playoffs, or it could derail quickly leaving the Bears cleaning house. A lot rides on this season for Chicago.

Here are the five players that we will be watching for Week 1.
