The Chicago Bears won a thriller vs the Falcons, but who were risers and fallers?

The Chicago Bears have to be the luckiest 3-0 team in the entire league right now. They could easily be 1-2 right now, and you can argue 0-3. After just squeaking by the Lions and the Giants the Bears had an epic comeback against Atlanta, and there is plenty to talk about in the aftermath.

Dud: Mitch Trubisky

The biggest story of the game has to be that Mitch Trubisky was benched in favor of Nick Foles. Now I must say that I always felt that Foles should be the starter, but making the move today was pretty surprising to me.

Mitch has absolutely had his struggles in this young season but I thought overall he has played better than last year. After looking awful for the whole first half on Sunday, Matt Nagy finally made the move.

To me, this move signifies that Mitch Trubisky’s time in Chicago is over after 2020. Whether you love or hate the guy I do think in his 3 years in Chicago, Mitch has said and done the right things off the field. even after being benched, he was the first person to speak to the media.

Dud: Offensive Line

After a pretty strong start through two games, the offensive line seemed to take a step back in week three. While they did only give up two sacks, they were not doing either QB any favors with long protection windows.

The offensive line has been an ongoing issue for the Chicago Bears for a couple of years now. The tackle positions, in particular, seem to be problems, Leno and Massie have got to step up and prove themselves for this team to succeed.
