3. Billy Price, Bengals

While Cann would have to change positions, and Aboushi would involve an Inter-division trade, this one just takes belief. Billy Price is a former first-round pick. We know that Ryan Pace believes in those players, as he just added Germain Ifedi this offseason.

Like Ifedi, Bengals fans cannot wait to get rid of Billy Price. They took Price over James Daniels and has not been near as reliable. Price has suffered injuries, he has moved around from center to guard, but overall, he has been a let down on the football field.

Perhaps a change of scenery could do him a bit better. There were scouts beyond the Bengals who saw Price as a similar prospect, if not better than Daniels. The Bengals have essentially moved on from Price, who has not taken a snap for the team since week three.

They are ready to move on, and they would be willing to take a low offer to do so. A draft pick Is much more valuable to them, even at a conditional sixth or seventh. Price is signed for 2021, but only $3M. Could the Bears take a chance on another first-rounder who failed elsewhere?
