These four teams should have some interest in a trade with the Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears quickly moved on from Mitch Trubisky and gave Nick Foles the reins to the offense. The offense has not been stellar under Foles either, but it is clear that Matt Nagy likes how Foles runs the offense — even if it has not been any better.

As the NFL trade deadline approaches, the Chicago Bears could be in the market to bring in some new talent. The team definitely needs some help on the offensive line. I would even consider a wide receiver depending on the move. Although the team could look to buy, I could also see teams making calls to see if the Bears might move on from a player or two. Allen Robinson is clearly a name that teams will be calling about. I would also expect a few calls regarding Mitch Trubisky.

Honestly, I can’t imagine the Chicago Bears will want to move on from Trubisky at this point in the season unless the trade was worth their while. The team is 5-1 and sitting atop the NFC North. The problem is that the starting quarterback, Nick Foles has never started for a full season. Can the Chicago Bears risk Foles getting hurt by moving on from Trubisky? Again, maybe if the price is right Ryan Pace would consider it.

When it comes to the quarterback position, some teams see the ability to correct a player. Josh Rosen was traded away and then signed by the Tampa Bay Bucs. The Bucs have Rosen on their practice squad currently — not a good sign. In fact, the Bucs were a team I considered could be in on the Trubisky trade possibility, but the team can only have so many young quarterbacks that did not perform well enough to stay with the team that drafted them.
