With the Falcons struggling, the Chicago Bears may want to give them a call before the deadline.

The Chicago Bears are currently sitting at a healthy 5-2, there are many people who are not sold on this team being in the playoffs but I certainly think they will be. The Bears may not win the NFC North this year but with the expanded playoff format there is no reason why this team should not be in the mix come January.

The Atlant Falcons are a different story, they came into this season with making one last playoff run with their main core of players they have had these last few years. Unfortunately, they have just finally picked up their second win of the year in week 8.

They fired Dan Quinn after falling to 0-5 and have now won two out of their last three games. You can argue that they are a better team than what their record shows with the way that they have lost some of these games.

All signs are pointing to the Falcons having a top 10 draft selection in 2021 and they have the feeling of a team that may want to look to trade off some pieces. The Bears have some holes that the Falcons may be willing to fill for the right price.

Tuesday’s trade deadline is coming up rather quickly and the Bears are in a position to make a late move for a playoff push, and a division title. So let’s look at the first trade target.
