Another wide receiver who could be moved is Anthony Miller
Anthony Miller was supposed to be better than this. He has had games where he looks almost elite, but then he follows them up by catching two passes for 23 yards. This is not good enough. That said, his upside is still present and if he is not going to be a part of the Chicago Bears future, the team might as well move on from him too.
Unfortunately, any draft capital received in a trade involving Anthony Miller would be minimal. The Bears would be lucky to receive a fourth or fifth-round pick for Miller. Instead, Miller should be a part of a trade package. If the team was buying, he could be included with a draft pick for an upgraded player at a different position. If truly selling, maybe he’s included with a teammate for a better draft pick in return? The options are somewhat endless with Miller.
This is sad seeing how in my opinion the Bears need to find a wide receiver as soon as possible that can be explosive. The hope is Darnell Mooney can turn into that guy, but that won’t happen overnight. He also needs a quarterback who can get him the ball and that won’t happen this year. Again, this is all hypothetical but if the team is not going to buy in, might as well sell a few assets.
