Fire Ryan Pace, Hire Louis Riddick

Ryan Pace has done an outstanding job building this Chicago Bears’ defense. On the contrary, he failed greatly on the offensive side of the ball as the Bears’ offense has been lackluster for many reasons. He is also the general manager that brought in Nagy.

Louis Riddick is the hottest topic in terms of potential general manager candidates. After his playing career is over, Riddick served as a scout on many teams for many years. After a while, he went into media and has shown time and time again his vast knowledge of football.

It also proves to show that NFL Analysts also know what they are talking about as Mike Mayock seems to be building something good in Las Vegas and he was a former analyst as well before being hired as the Raiders’ general manager.

Riddick also having playing experience helps him as a general manager as well. He can read a player well since he was a player and know what they are thinking and what they can do for him. He would be a great fit for the Bears’ organization.
