Chicago Bears: 4 Changes that must be made after the season
By Joseph Herff
Draft Zach Wilson
The Bears need to get their future at quarterback. I trust Riddick to take the right quarterback to build around, but Zach Wilson seems to be the quarterback to build around. Wilson would be a perfect fit in the offensive style of Bienemy. His style is very similar to how Patrick Mahomes plays with a lot of crazy throws and a backyard style of football.
Wilson has the experience, the flare, the swagger, and everything you’d want in a quarterback. He exudes confidence with the ball and he can back it up all the time with his arm strength, athletic ability, and accuracy. Bringing him in would bring a spark to the Bears offense that they don’t get with Foles or Trubisky.
The Bears need to find a way to get him. He may not be able to fall to them, so they need to trade up to secure him. He could find himself being a top ten draft pick and I wouldn’t be opposed to Riddick trading up to get him.
