Chicago Bears: 5 Most surprising players of the 2020 season

A Chicago Bears rookie and a veteran
No. 4 – Darnell Mooney
Ryan Pace has been excellent with his late-round draft picks. The Bears might have struck gold again with their receiver Darnell Mooney. Mooney was taken with the 173rd pick, in the 2020 draft.
The rookie has made an impact right out of the gate and has the second-most receiving yards on the team (348). He is also averaging 11.2 yards a reception and he has established himself as their WR2. Mooney has been the Bears go-to deep ball guy and will continue to improve every single week.
No. 3 – Jimmy Graham
Many people rode him off before playing a single snap for the Bears. Although he’s had a mediocre last couple of seasons, Jimmy Graham is having a bounce-back year. Not only does he lead the team in touchdowns (5) but he is also second on the team in receptions (35). While Graham isn’t necessarily the future, he has proved to still have value in this league. Hopefully, he keeps his play up while also mentoring rookie Cole Kmet.
