Dud #1: Matt Nagy

Matt Nagy has deservedly been under quite a bit of criticism for how he has coached the team this year. His offense just flat out doesn’t work and he seems to have no interest in adjusting his scheme to fit the players he has available to him.

This for me is my biggest issue with him from a schematic standpoint. I have said in the past that I think Matt Nagy is a good play designer but his sequencing of plays, as well as personnel packages can be really frustrating to watch.

It’s hard to tell whether or not the Bears will look to move on from him (and Ryan Pace) after this season. If it were me I would clean house and start over because the Bears are stuck in mediocrity under the current regime.
