Mitch Trubisky killed what little hope that the Chicago Bears had left in him

Dud #1 Mitch Trubisky

Welp, this may have been the Mitch Trubisky swansong and it did not look good at all. The team already turned down his fifth-year option at the beginning of this year and looks set to cut ties with the QB at the end of this season.

This entire regime has been a complete failure for the Chicago Bears and Mitch Trubisky is just one of the many bad decisions that have been made by the people in charge. The fan base has been pretty much split on who they want to be starting at quarterback for the Bears.

Whether your a Foles fan or a Trubisky truther there is no doubt that both of these options are getting the team nowhere. Trubisky looked awful Sunday night, and you can just add it to the long list of games where he has looked awful.

I said earlier that the Chicago Bears are a team that currently doesn’t seem to have a proper direction. They were completely outplayed by a much better Packers team and I feel that this game showed you how big the gap is between the two teams.

This was an extremely embarrassing loss by the Bears. Getting beat by your division rival is bad enough but to do it in two straight games on national TV is just laughable. The Bears have the Lions on their schedule next and it will be interesting to see if they can get back on track.
