The Chicago Bears should consider Daniel Jeremiah for the job

Could the Chicago Bears take a page out of the Las Vegas Raiders playbook? The Raiders brought in former draft analyst Mike Mayock to be the general manager and so far, things are looking up. What if the Bears did the same with Daniel Jeremiah?

Jeremiah is a former scout and now analyst for the NFL Network. His most recent time in the NFL comes from the Philadelphia Eagles as he covered the West Coast as an area scout. He also spent time within the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens scouting departments.

Now, Jeremiah covers the NFL and specializes in the NFL Draft. This would be a huge jump for him, but at this point, the Chicago Bears should look to start some trends. Seeing it work successfully for the Raiders, the Bears could also be a trendsetter giving the chance to Jeremiah. This might not be the best candidate, but he would definitely be an interesting one who could bring significant changes to drafting in Chicago. Not to mention, he had Deshaun Watson over Mitch Trubisky.
