The Chicago Bears contested catch guy

The Chicago Bears might still be able to grab their next version of Allen Robinson if Riley Ridley is not up to the task. The player is Jonathan Adams Jr. from Arkansas State. Most have likely not heard of him because of his school of choice.

Adams was a star basketball player in high school, so he had never put much effort into his football recruiting status. Adams Jr has improved every single year with Arkansas State. Listed at 6’3 220 pounds, I first caught wind of this kid when he played against Georgia in 2019.

What a game he was having against one of the premier defensive units in college football. Now the thing that might scare people away is that he could become the next  N’Keal Harry or become Allen Robinson. This kid can leap out of the gym.

I suggest you turn on the tape or highlights and watch him play. You will just find yourself saying “wow” a ton. It is hard to gauge where he will fall in the draft process pre-combine. If Adams shows that he does have a 40-inch vertical leap and is around 4.5 40-yard dash speed, he will be a first-rounder.

You might read more on him from me as he is becoming my… D’Eriq King. Ha! You thought I was not going to mention him. Adams has the size, agility, and quickness to become what Kevin White should have been for the Chicago Bears.

This next receiver that we will cover has a UNC quarterback that should actually pan out in the NFL from start to finish.  Sam Howell has the luxury of having two solid runningbacks, more experienced, and a stud receiver that knows how to play football.
