2. Baltimore Ravens

Without knowing what Trevor Lawrence is, the Baltimore Ravens may be the best quarterback waiting for him. Lamar Jackson did not progress as a passer this year, but he clearly is a quality NFL quarterback. The issue is that the Ravens need to build on 2019, not repeat it as they did in 2020.

That means adding weapons to the roster. Mark Andrews is great and Hollywood Brown is hit or miss. Beyond that, they are relying on Willie Snead and Dez Bryant, two players who may retire soon.

The Ravens do not have a trustworthy wide receiver on their entire roster. Robinson would immediately step in and be a go-to for Jackson that would help him get the ball out of his hands quicker. Robinson would also help open things up for Brown, who is dynamic, but cannot win on his own.

The Ravens have the money, which many teams do not. They set themselves up to be players this offseason, and Allen Robinson could fall in their laps.
