No. 3 – Indianapolis Colts

These top three teams would all be dream scenarios for Mitch Trubisky. The Colts are one of the NFL’s best up and coming teams, which is great news for No. 10 because most of that talent sits on the defensive side of the ball. Fans will say what they want about Frank Reich as a head coach, but playing for a man that has helped get Indianapolis back on track after the sudden retirement of Andrew Luck in his prime deserves a great amount of credit.

The Colts are set to lose both Philip Rivers and Jacoby Brissett during the offseason. Much like the Patriots, this team is sitting atop the AFC South at 8-4 and tied with the Tennessee Titans for the division lead. They too would have to pray for a quarterback to fall to them in the draft, but instead, they should sign Trubisky.

The Colts have similar offensive weapons to the Bears when you consider T.Y. Hilton, Michael Pittman, Parris Campbell and Trubisky’s old friend Trey Burton. In the backfield, Trubisky would stand behind a dominating offensive line and either hand the ball off to Jonathan Taylor or check it down to the emerging Nyheim Hines. Now that we’re back on track of announcing teams with tremendous defenses, let’s move on to the next landing spot.
