Chicago Bears: Three potential postseason studs for 2020
Should the Chicago Bears make the playoffs, these three could stand out
Every year, NFL teams in the playoffs each have an individual or two who can make or break their postseason run. We’ve seen it happen year in and year out: Malcolm Butler picking off Russell Wilson in 2015, Nick Foles leading the Eagles to its first Super Bowl win in 2018, and even the famous double-doink that ended the Chicago Bears playoff run only a few years ago.
For this 2020 Bears team, the playoffs are within their reach. It all comes down to a tough rematch against the Packers. A win this week guarantees their spot; a loss would mean the Bears would have to wait on the results of the Arizona Cardinals vs Los Angeles Rams.
Should the Bears make the playoffs, they’ll enter as the seventh seed in the NFC. Their opponent would likely be the New Orleans Saints, a team they suffered an overtime loss to earlier this year.
Of course, anything can happen in the playoffs. This Bears team could very well be the Tennessee Titans of last year. Regardless of their postseason results, there are a few players currently on the roster who could really take up the limelight and be a huge factor in the 2020 postseason. Here are three potential playoff studs for the 2020 Bears.
