The lowest they could get is the 19th overall pick in the draft, but that is only if the Washington Football Team beats the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

As of now, it’s hard to say what the biggest needs are for the Chicago Bears for the NFL draft. They could address a lot of issues and additionally create a lot of issues depending on who they decided to re-sign, release, or sign to their team.
