6. Kris Richard

After being with the Seattle Seahawks from 2010-17, he spent 2018-19 with the Dallas Cowboys before 2020 out of football.

Pros: We just saw Dan Quinn and Gus Bradley get defensive coordinator jobs. Kris Richard comes from a similar coaching tree. He is still well respected in the league for his work in Seattle, and even for the 2018 playoff run by Dallas. Beyond that, he is a players coach first and foremost. Players love his enthusiasm.

Cons: The Pete Carroll Cover-3 defense has slowly been getting figure out. That is why Quinn, Bradley, and Richard are looking for jobs. He will have to prove that is willing to adjust to his scheme to get another chance.
