2. Aaron Glenn

Glenn was a DB coach with the Browns from 2014-15. Since 2016, he has been the New Orleans Saints secondary coach.

Pros: If you cannot beat them. But seriously, the Saints secondary is fun. They switch, they move around, they are not plain, Fans are sick of Kyle Fuller not traveling, and Glenn will make sure he is matched up against the right receivers.

Cons: With experience as a DBs coach, he still has not called plays before. That would be a big transition, and he would not just be calling plays for Kyle Fuller and company. It is another question as to whether you can survive a year where your inexperienced coordinator does not get off to the right start.
