4. Sean Desai

Desai has been here longer than Rodgers. Desai took his first job with the Chicago Bears in 2012. However, he managed to make it through multiple GMs, head coaches, and of course, defensive coordinators.

Under Vic Fangio he moved around from safeties, to linebackers to quality control coach. With Chuck Pagano, he stuck as safeties coach. There is a lot of talk that Desai may be the next up and comer and that he has a lot of commonalities with Brandon Staley, the Chargers new head coach.

Still, like Rodgers there is the question of how he would manage play calling for the first time. Fortunately for him, he has seen the viewpoint from many positions as he has moved up and down the coaching ranks.
