Chicago Bears Round 4, Pick No. 123 via CLE

With the Bears first snagging Carman out of Clemson, it is nice for them to add even more competition and depth for one of the most important positions in football. Spencer Brown, although a small school prospect, has a ton of upside to be a great tackle at the next level.

Brown is a freak of nature, to say the least. He is 6′ 9″ and weighs 320 pounds. In addition to this crazy size, he can move essentially like a tight end with his athleticism. He earned himself a spot at the Senior Bowl. Despite looking rusty at first, he eventually warmed up after not playing since the Fall of 2019. He impressed at the Senior Bowl with his long arms and his athleticism.

Although he looks skinnier, Brown additionally brings a ton of power in his run-blocking. He has a finisher mentality much like Carman in that he loves to block until the whistle is blown and put somebody into the ground.

Brown can sit behind Leno for a season or even potentially beat out Carman for the starting right tackle spot if he translates well from the FCS level. He has a ton of potential given his size and athleticism and to get that in the fourth round would be a steal.
