Chicago Bears Draft Targets: Josh Imatorbhebhe | Illinois

If the Bears are looking for an even later round developmental piece like Tamorrion Terry, they can just look within their own state at the University of Illinois wide receiver Josh Imatorbhebhe. Imatorbhebhe is a freakish athlete that has every physical trait you want in a star wide receiver. All this can likely be found late on the third day of the NFL Draft.

Imatorbhebhe offers literally everything, but his most impressive traits are his size (6′ 2″, 215 lbs), jump-ball ability, and explosiveness. Every time Imatorbhebhe gets the ball in his hands, he seems to shed at least one tackle in gaining extra yards. He’s a reliable target that his quarterback constantly depends on when the play breaks down or they need a first down.

Imatorbhebhe doesn’t have insane speed as that may be his only flaw to his game (outside of the development he needs). He’s the exact type of player teams will be wanting to take a flier on in the later rounds of the NFL draft. Having him sit behind a veteran ‘X’ wide receiver and earn some playing time would do well for him.

This would be perfect for the Bears if they franchise tag Allen Robinson. If they tag him and draft Imatorbhebhe, Imatorbhebhe can sit behind an elite ‘X’ wide receiver and study his game. Even if they don’t bring Robinson back, they can bring in a player like Corey Davis who could serve as help for him.
