It’s been a very crazy offseason and will only continue to get crazier. There have been rumors of the Chicago Bears going after Deshaun Watson. Then there were rumors about the Bears wanting to go all-in on Russel Wilson. Either one would change the direction of the Franchise.

The Mitch Trubisky train has left the station and it’s better for both to move one. With that being said, we all know what the endpoint is if Nick Foles is the Bears’ starting quarterback next year. The entire league knows that the Bears would be going nowhere.

You never want to lose your job unless there’s the case you absolutely hate it and know there are other options.

Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy don’t hate their jobs. They like being the guy in charge and they don’t want to end up being demoted somewhere else. Both Pace and Nagy know that there gone if nothing big happens this year.  That is why it is only a matter of time before Ryan Pace makes some sort of deal.
