Chicago Bears: Matter of time before Ryan Pace makes a splash
By Nathan Burns

Chicago Bears could make a splash in the draft too
Several names have been thrown in the air for potential replacement QB for the Bears. Normally I would be annoyed and just wait for them to sign the wrong guy, but this time is different. Signing the wrong guy will be the last straw for Ryan Pace and most likely coach Matt Nagy. Ryan Pace CAN’T flop this offseason with the quarterback.
Guys like Alex Smith and Tyrod Taylor are decent but they’re not even close to what it’s going to take to save Pace’s job.
#Bears GM Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy are both in Fargo today for North Dakota State's pro day. They'll get a close look at QB Trey Lance.

I mocked Lance to the Bears in my first mock draft last month:https://t.co/Q66PSVZ8KN
Obviously, the other possibility would be drafting another quarterback. The Chicago Bears would have to trade up in order for this to happen. It would be crazy but Pace needs to do something if he wants to save his job.

The Chicago Bears are bound to have a new guy leading the show next season. The question remains, who will it be?
