3. Tashaun Gipson

Of course, there is old-reliable in Tashaun Gipson. He is still available and we know that he is pretty good in the defense. The question will and should come down to price. After Ha Ha Clinton-Dix played with Jackson he got a little pay raise, and more guaranteed money from Dallas despite not even playing a game for them.

For Gipson, he should think that he played better than Clinton-Dix, and played for Chicago for less than HHCD did. He should at least get that much. For the Bears, they are saying HHCD struggled before and after his stint in Chicago, and Gipson came from a career-low year to a revived year. Perhaps the environment is doing more than Gipson.

With that in mind, they should be signing the cheapest option available and plugging and playing. Shawn Williams is not the fit of a player who was in the defense last year, but is a year younger, and would be cheaper than Gipson. That has to be considered.
