2. Karl joseph

Karl Joseph has not quite lived up to his draft slot. However, he is the perfect player to bet on and put into this system. Joseph was drafted by the Raiders and spent four years there. He was up and down in Cleveland last season and dealt with injury issues as well.

Still, with Joseph, you are talking about a 28-year old safety who was a former first-round pick. He has played deep and in the box, and we know the Bears want some versatility from their safeties. Joseph knows he has to get some buzz back around his name, and playing with Jackson is the type of move that could help him stand out.

We have seen Ryan Pace bet on players such as Germain Ifedi, and Artie Burns in recent years. Even Prince Amukamara was a great signing as a former first-round pick where Pace bet on the pedigree. He would be doing that with Joseph, who could be a great fit next to Eddie Jackson.
