Three analysts believe the Chicago Bears will draft a wide receiver

We finally found a position that a few of the analysts agree on. Out of the 17 total analysts, three of them believe the Chicago Bears will come away with a wide receiver in the first round. I am all on board with the team finding a playmaker in the draft and I have no problem if they take a wide receiver early. This offense needs someone to help open things up as Matt Nagy has not been able to inject life into his offense as expected back in 2018.

Many will blame the quarterback position, but right now the best way for this team to win in 2021 is to surround Andy Dalton with guys who can make plays. Pairing another top receiver prospect with the likes of Allen Robinson and Darnell Mooney could be exactly what this offense needs.

Kadarius Toney comes up twice in this scenario. Both Todd McShay of ESPN and Vinnie Iyer of The Sporting News agree that Toney will be the name called on April 29, 2021. The only other analyst in this group to take a wide receiver believes Minnesota star Rashod Bateman is the receiver the Chicago Bears select.

I would find either option a good one, but Bateman I find Bateman to be the better prospect.
