1. Kadarius Toney, Florida

If the Chicago Bears go with a receiver in the first round, it will likely be Kadarius Toney or Rashad Bateman. If they take Bateman, they are looking at a long-term Allen Robinson replacement. He could play in the slot as a rookie, but he profiles as an outside winner like Robinson. Toney is much more of a gadget, slot player who would come into the slot and replace Anthony Miller.

Toney is new to the position as a former quarterback. Still, he exploded on the Florida offense last season and created a draft buzz. Like the two Moores, Toney has explosion and athleticism despite a lack of great size.

Still, while Elijah is slightly bigger than Rondale, Toney is slightly bigger than both. He is a rawer of a route runner but is just as dangerous with the ball in his hands. He may be more dangerous moving laterally, although there are times he needs to get more vertical.

So if the Chicago Bears draft Kadarius Toney it is clear that they have had enough with Anthony Miller.

They feel as though Toney can do everything Miller can right now, and athletically he brings a higher ceiling.
