Ryan Pace and the Chicago Bears move back in the later rounds

Not much of a trade here when it comes to splashes, but depth players constantly come on Day 3. After trading up twice in this draft, Ryan Pace and the Chicago Bears finally make a trade back to acquire additional draft capital.

Many will probably look at this move and see the team drafting players that are not likely to make a big impact. The Seahawks moved up and selected offensive lineman Stone Forsythe with the Bears pick at 208. Forsythe was a late-round option I thought the Chicago Bears could consider. However, after already taking Teven Jenkins and Larry Borom, there was less of a need for offensive linemen.

Just as before, let us take a look at how the values came out for Ryan Pace here. The 208th-overall pick has a draft value of 3 (8). As far as what Pace received in return; the 217th-overall pick has a value of 3 (5) and the 250th-overall pick has a draft value of 1 (1). Therefore, again without taking the players into perspective, we can determine Ryan Pace slightly won the trade on the Rich Hill model and slightly lost the trade on the Jimmy Johnson model.
